Special Needs Assistant

**Job Overview:**
Protocol Education is seeking a Special Needs teaching assistant to join a GOOD Ofsted Rated Primary School in Kingston Upon Thames. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, particularly those with Autism, and possess over 6 weeks' recent experience in childcare settings.
**Salary and Benefits:**
We offer competitive rates of pay, ranging from £80 to £95 per day, dependent on experience. Additionally, you can expect free professional development training, free ongoing DBS checks (subject to a minimum work period), and a dedicated consultant offering a supportive and efficient service.
**Key Responsibilities:**
The successful candidate will support a young child with Autism in lessons and provide general care. A current DBS check, reference information for the last 3 years, and UK eligibility to work are required. Any previous experience would be beneficial but is not necessary as training is provided.
