About the Role

This exciting opportunity will see you working for one of the UK's leading healthcare providers, where you will be part of a specialist team trained in delivering exceptional care to those living with dementia and other long-term medical conditions.

To succeed in this role, you must be a qualified Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of care staff to deliver outstanding care
  • Creating well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, taking into account regulatory frameworks
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and resident records, leveraging modern technology to enhance efficiency
  • Overseeing all aspects of medicine management on your shift, adhering to company policies and current legislation
  • Making timely decisions that prioritize patient care
  • Utilizing your clinical expertise to provide guidance and support to team members

You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through ongoing personal development plans and career progression opportunities.

The ideal candidate will possess:
