Key responsibilities include collaborating with the Implementation team to understand customer needs, developing personalized success plans, and identifying opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain customer-facing success plans to drive long-term commercial goals and customer satisfaction.
  2. Proactively identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to support account growth.
  3. Work closely with the Support team to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly.
  4. Collaborate with Marketing to secure customer references and case studies.
Customer Success Focus:
  1. Establish a regular communications plan to ensure ongoing customer health and focus on long-term goals.
  2. Deliver onsite health checks and workshops to drive positive outcomes and share best practices.
  3. Develop and participate in Customer communities to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  4. Stay up-to-date with product releases to effectively communicate and support customers.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 2 years' experience as a Customer Success Manager in a SaaS or technology environment.
  2. Proven track record of managing multiple customer accounts and driving successful renewal.
  3. Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and advocating for customer needs internally.
  4. Excellent presentation, training, and demo skills with a focus on data-driven insights.
