  • Ensure issues/tickets are resolved or escalated appropriately
  • Set up accounts, manage passwords (new and resets), and permissions
  • Monitor IT systems and infrastructure
  • Assist the team with internal or external projects as needed
  • Occasional on-site visits may be required
