About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ICT support specialist to join our team at Outwood Grange Academies Trust. As a key member of our ICT support team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our ICT infrastructure, ensuring that our systems and equipment are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and maintenance for our ICT infrastructure, including hardware and software.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure that ICT systems and equipment are integrated and functioning correctly.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures to ensure that knowledge is shared and retained within the team.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in ICT, and make recommendations for improvements and upgrades.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A good understanding of general hardware and software, including operating systems, networks, and applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Experience of working in an ICT support role or similar, with a proven track record of providing high-quality technical support and maintenance.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
