Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Leadership: Develop and implement operational strategies to optimise processes, improve efficiency, and drive business growth.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage support staff and legal professionals to ensure optimal team performance.
  • Financial Management: Oversee workload distribution, ensure deadlines are met, and resources are used effectively. Monitor budgets, operational costs, and resource allocation to ensure cost-efficiency.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for the firm and develop risk management strategies to mitigate operational and reputational risks.
  • Client Service: Oversee client onboarding, case management processes, and service delivery to meet client expectations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or Law (or related field).
  • 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a legal or consultancy environment.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting and cost management.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements within the legal sector.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Location:

The role is based in our Camden Office. A total of 40 hours per week, with a one-hour unpaid lunch break.
