Job Description

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Department Sales Manager to join our Hardgoods team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their sales skills and knowledge.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and achieve company objectives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
