Industrial Placement Geo Consultant - Southampton

We are seeking a part-qualified graduate to join our Geo-Environmental team in our Southampton office. As a member of our team, you will gain exposure to complex project work and receive support from experienced geotechnical and geo-environmental professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with experienced team members to deliver geo-environmental consultancy services to clients, including property developers, agents, planners, commercial and residential developers.
  • Assist in the design and management of geo-environmental and/or geotechnical assignments, including desk studies, ground investigations, human health, groundwater and gas risk assessments, and preparation of Remediation Method Statements.
  • Participate in site-based fieldwork and office-based reporting.
  • Develop skills and knowledge in using AutoCAD.
