Job Title: Associate Geo-Environmental Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Associate Geo-Environmental Engineer to join our team in Southampton. As a key member of our Geo team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating geo-environmental projects, including desk studies, ground investigations, and geotechnical assessments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement geo-environmental strategies to support business growth and development
  • Manage and coordinate geo-environmental projects, including desk studies, ground investigations, and geotechnical assessments
  • Lead and mentor a team of geo-environmental professionals to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
  • Contribute to the development of business development strategies and proposals to secure new projects and clients
Requirements:
  • Over 10 years of experience in the geo-environmental industry, with a strong background in project management and business development
  • Chartered status with a relevant professional body, such as the Geological Society or the Institution of Civil Engineers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong business development and proposal writing skills, with the ability to develop and implement business growth strategies
  • Knowledge of the UK geo-environmental industry, with a strong understanding of market trends and client needs
