Job Description:

This full-time role will require you to work 12-hour shifts, including day and night shifts, with up to 44 hours per week. As a Clinical Care Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our care team, ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care and support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
  • 1 year of experience in a nursing home setting
  • NMC registration
