Lithe Consulting Ltd is a boutique agile and digital business transformation consultancy with a presence in the UK and across Europe and the Middle East/GCC region. We have experienced significant growth, increasing our permanent headcount from 11 to 22 over the past year. Our services include providing agile and digital transformation support to companies ranging from start-ups to multi-national corporations.


We operate both directly with companies on their transformations and partner with larger consultancies to deliver agile expertise for their client engagements. In addition, we offer state-of-the-art talent solutions through our recruitment practice, Lithe People.


As an Agile Consultant at Lithe Consulting Ltd, you will play a key role in supporting our client engagements. The immediate opportunity is to work on a transformation project with a major UK financial institution and household name.


The Role

  • Support our client through its agile transformation by working with both Lithe's team of Agile Consultants and our client's internal transformation team.
  • Develop strong relationships with our client's IT teams, agile team, and middle/senior management.
  • Mentor Scrum Masters and Product Owners to ensure effective agile practices.
  • Provide agile coaching at both team and enterprise levels to drive improvements.
  • Manage stakeholders and support IT teams in their journey towards agile maturity.
  • Identify opportunities to increase Lithe's footprint within our clients.
  • Communicate progress and benefits to client decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Take responsibility for outcomes and ensure successful delivery of projects.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a consultant in agile transformation for a reputable management consultancy (2 years+). Key skills and qualifications include:



  • Minimum 7 years of experience working on agile business transformations.
  • Agile coaching experience (minimum 5 years).
  • Data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Natural problem-solving skills and conflict management.
  • Experience of taking teams from zero to agile maturity.
  • Flexibility to work onsite or remotely and adapt to changing requirements.

This is a hybrid role based out of our client site in the City of London, requiring flexibility to provide additional onsite support as needed. The estimated salary for this position is £75,000-£90,000 per year, depending on experience.
