The Role

This exciting opportunity allows you to leverage your expertise to provide innovative risk solutions to clients in the energy sector. You will be at the forefront of negotiations, building and strengthening relationships, and delivering exceptional service.

  • Understand clients' business and risk transfer needs and offer tailored solutions through ongoing service.
  • Apply and explain WTW's policies and procedures as necessary.
  • Establish and maintain active relationships with clients, retail offices, and insurers.
  • Provide technical and industry expertise where required.
  • Drawing on expertise within the team and across the Group for clients as needed.
  • Liaise with clients to build and strengthen successful relationships.
  • Determine appropriate solutions, structure, price, and placement strategies that meet clients' needs and deliver profitable business for a range of clients.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in risk management and the energy sector.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with WTW's policies and procedures.
