Job Title: Content Strategy Associate Director

Description:

Dow Jones is seeking a highly skilled Content Strategy Associate Director to lead the development of strategic insights and content programs across the chemical, petrochemical, and energy sectors. As a key member of the Chemical Market Analytics team, you will work closely with cross-functional partners to create and deliver high-quality content that advances the CMA brand and drives business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Lead the creation of strategic insights and content programs, leveraging CMA's expertise and data to drive business growth.
  • Manage the development of high-quality content, including thought leadership pieces, white papers, podcasts, and videos.
  • Evaluate the success of content programs and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales, product management, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and understanding of forward-looking plans and strategies.
  • Ensure all content is optimized for the given medium and aligned with other tactics and formats.

Requirements:

  • 9+ years of experience in strategic content and/or editorial roles, with a strong understanding of the chemicals industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful content programs that drive business growth.
  • Strong analytical and creative skills, with the ability to think strategically and identify key themes and trends.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional, matrix organization, with a strong understanding of global and regional organizational dynamics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex matrix organizations and lead process changes.
