About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our client, a leading household name business in Leicestershire, on a 12-month contract basis.

This is a hybrid working role, with 3 days per week on site in Leicestershire, offering a great work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in improving payroll processes and procedures
  • Contribute to project work and initiatives to drive business growth
  • Support the payroll manager in running the payroll department
  • Manage a payroll of 2000+ monthly paid employees
  • Provide operational and analytical support to senior leaders in payroll, HR, and finance functions
Requirements

The successful candidate will have a senior payroll background and be available to start within a few weeks.

A basic salary of around £45,000 and a competitive benefits package are on offer.
