About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for someone who has managed a team, understands websites from merchandising to PPC and UX/UI. You will work closely with the Directors on strategy and be part of the day-to-day running of the website, with a focus on driving footfall to stores and increasing online purchases.
Key Responsibilities- Manage in-house creative content and design for advertising and other marketing materials
- Collaborate with the development agency on website development and improvement
- Lead and manage the marketing team
- Research and implement new trends and technologies to stay ahead of the game
- Analyze data and performance to inform marketing decisions
The successful candidate will have previous experience in website/e-commerce management and have managed a team previously. You will be able to juggle multiple projects, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and understand the top-line strategy and filter it down.
What We OfferReed Marketing and Creative pride themselves on quality products and great customer service. This is an office-based role with opportunities for growth and development. Salary is up to £40k dependent on experience.
