About the Opportunity
">We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a skilled HLTA to join our team in an SEN school in Greenwich, South East London. This is a chance to make a real difference in the lives of students with special educational needs and contribute to the delivery of high-quality education.
">Role Summary
">As an HLTA, you will be responsible for leading classes and delivering lessons and interventions tailored to the individual needs of students with SEN. You will work closely with the class teacher and other support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans and contribute to the delivery of high-quality education.
">Responsibilities
">Key responsibilities include:
">- ">
- Leading classes alongside teaching assistants to deliver lessons and interventions.">
- Working closely with the SENCO to ensure students' needs are met and collaborating with external organizations such as Speech & Language Therapists and Occupational Therapists.">
- Contributing to the development and implementation of personalized learning plans for students with SEN.">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A relevant teaching qualification or equivalent experience working with students with SEN.">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and other support staff.">
