About the RoleThis is a leadership position that requires a strong understanding of operational risk management and control processes. You'll be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across our global operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate operational risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess risks, and develop mitigation plans
- Provide guidance and support to business units on risk management best practices
- Monitor and report on risk trends and emerging issues
- Develop and maintain risk dashboards and key risk indicators (KRIs)
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 6+ years of experience in operational risk management, preferably in the financial services industry
- Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends
- Experience in leading large teams and managing complex projects
