Job Title: Care and Support Professional

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Professional to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care and Support Professional, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and live safely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and medication management
  • Support clients with mobility and transfer needs
  • Engage in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation
  • Work collaboratively with other care professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

  • Valid UK driving licence and car
  • Currently living locally to our office
  • Available to work alternate weekends
  • Right to Work in the UK

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.00 (average with benefits £14.00)
  • Evenings and weekends higher rates
  • Mileage allowance of £0.30-£0.45 per mile
  • Paid travel time between clients
  • Minimum 1-hour visits for building relationships with clients
  • All training paid at full pay rate, including professional development
  • Paid holiday and employer pension contributions
