Job Title: Care and Support Professional

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Care and Support Professional to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care and Support Professional, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with light housework and meal preparation
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or well-being
  • Work collaboratively with other care professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
  • Valid UK driving licence and own car
  • Reside within our franchise region
  • Available to work standard hours on alternate weekends
  • Right to Work in the UK
Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly rates between £12.00 and £24.50 per hour
  • Minimum 1-hourly visits to ensure quality care and companionship
  • Higher rates for evening and weekend working
  • Time spent training fully paid, including all future training and development
  • £0.30 to £0.45 per hour travel expenses
  • Paid travel time between client visits (some restrictions apply)
