Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Care and Support Professional to join our team. As a Care and Support Professional, you will provide a range of care services to our clients, including personal care, light housework, and companionship.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing and dressing
  • Perform light housework and domestic duties
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to clients
  • Work collaboratively with other care professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
  • Valid UK driving licence and own car
  • Reside within our franchise region
  • Available to work standard hours on alternate weekends
  • Right to Work in the UK
What We Offer:
  • Competitive hourly rates between £12.00 and £24.50
  • Minimum 1-hourly visits to ensure meaningful relationships with clients
  • Higher rates for evening and weekend working
  • Time spent training fully paid, including all future training and development
  • £0.30-£0.45 per hour travel expenses
  • Paid travel time between client visits (some restrictions apply)
  • Paid holiday and pension contributions
