We're looking for a talented and passionate individual to join our team as a Team Leader at Costa Coffee. As a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for leading a team of Baristas to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Baristas to achieve sales targets and deliver high-quality customer service
- Train and develop new Baristas to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed
- Manage stock levels, health and safety, and store marketing to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
- Drive sales growth through effective merchandising and promotions
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives
About You
We're looking for someone who is passionate about coffee, has excellent leadership skills, and is able to motivate and inspire a team. You'll need to be reliable, flexible, and able to work well under pressure.
