Job Title: Part Time Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Part Time Support Worker. The successful candidate will work alongside the support team on a 6 week rolling rota, providing support for an individual with complex care needs and brain injury.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be bubbly and outgoing, with a can-do attitude, to provide support for the individual and promote their daily living alongside another member of the team on a 2 to 1 basis. The person you will be supporting lives within a family property with ample space and designed with their needs at heart.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with promoting personal care/hygiene, personal safety and well-being
  • Support a healthy and nutritional balanced diet
  • Administer medication
  • Write detailed notes on daily activities, care and healthcare input
Requirements
  • Previous experience working within care and with complex needs/brain injury is desirable
  • Full training and support will be given
  • Enhanced DBS check required
  • Full clean driving licence required for insurance purposes
Working Hours and Rates

28 hours per week (6 week rolling rota with rest periods)

Weekday and Night rate: £12.50 per hour

Weekend and Night rate: £15.00 per hour

Bank Holiday Rate: time and a half

Sleep-in rate: £77.50 per shift
