About the Role:

As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing individualized care and support to our young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  • Developing and implementing personalized care plans, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young people.
  • Participating in shift work, including sleep-ins, to ensure 24/7 care and support.
  • Collaborating with our therapeutic team to provide trauma-informed care and support.
  • Contributing to a safe and supportive living environment, promoting a sense of community and belonging among our young people.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A full driving license issued in the UK.
  • Full right to work in the UK with no restrictions.
  • Values aligned with Esland Care's, including a therapeutic, person-centered approach to childcare.
  • Previous childcare or support worker experience is advantageous but not essential.
