We are looking to speak to individuals who have a proven track record in the checking and administration of Fund Oversight duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initial Due Diligence: Ensure thorough due diligence on new investment managers and new fund propositions.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to regulatory requirements, specifically COLL regulations.
  • Fund Monitoring: Monitor funds and their investment and borrowing powers.
  • Technical Support: Provide support to resolve technical queries.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze the funds' performance, liquidity, and turnover.
  • Reporting: Provide meaningful management information to the wider team.
  • Process Improvement: Positively contribute to process improvement and change initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Fund Administration within the Financial Services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of fund operations, including terminology and associated regulations.
  • Exposure to COLL regulation and confidence in logging and resolving breaches.
