Culinary excellence is at the heart of everything we do at Compass UK & Ireland. We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Operations Assistant to join our team and help us deliver exceptional culinary experiences for our clients and customers.

This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and progress within the company.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Preparing high-quality food for our clients and customers, ensuring exceptional taste and presentation.
  2. Maintaining excellent cleanliness standards in the kitchen and surrounding areas.
  3. Ensuring the correct use of all machinery and equipment.
  4. Assisting with the loading or unloading of deliveries and supply vehicles.
  5. Representing Compass UK & Ireland and maintaining a positive brand image.
