Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled and passionate Culinary Team Member to join our team at Chartwells. This full-time role is contracted to 37.5 hours per week, providing an ideal work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food to a high standard, using fresh ingredients and following strict health and safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and cooking meats, vegetables, and other ingredients
- Represent Chartwells in a professional manner, maintaining a positive brand image

Requirements
- 1-2 years' experience in a similar role or a relevant culinary qualification
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Exceptional timekeeping and reliability
