Food Experience Coordinator

Join our dynamic team as a Catering Supervisor and take on a challenging role that requires leadership, organisational and communication skills.
You will be responsible for overseeing the catering and service operations at Chartwells, ensuring exceptional food quality and customer satisfaction.
This is a full-time position, contracted to 37.5 hours per week, and involves working 5 out of 7 days, contracted to 47 weeks per year.
Main Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve high-quality food to meet the highest standards
- Supervise and support culinary and catering teams to achieve excellent results
- Maintain a positive brand image and represent Compass Group UK&I
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Basic Food Hygiene certification
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
