Job Title: Community Adult Care Worker

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to provide essential care and support to clients in their homes. As a Door-to-Door Care Assistant, you will be responsible for personal care, household support, medication assistance, companionship, mobility support, and running errands for clients.
