Job Overview
The Production Controller is responsible for managing the production process in a manufacturing environment. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure efficient operations and high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage production teams to achieve production goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including inventory management and quality control.
- Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least one year of experience in a manufacturing environment and at least one year in a current role.
- Able to complete required training (MML, Kata, etc.)
- Strong production handling and management skills.
- Humble: respectful, receptive, agile, eager to learn.
- Accepts responsibility for quality (both incoming and outgoing) for the team.
- Executes Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost with continuous improvement activities.
