**Your Role:**

As a Home Care Assistant, you'll be responsible for visiting our clients in their own homes, providing support and companionship according to their care plan and wishes. You'll foster strong relationships with our clients, promoting a sense of wellbeing and dignity.

**Responsibilities:**

* Travel to visit clients and provide support according to their care plan and wishes
* Foster companionship and provide emotional support to clients
* Support with making meals and keeping the home clean and tidy
* Assist with personal care tasks, such as getting dressed
* Take clients out to places of their choice

**Requirements:**

* No experience is required; we offer comprehensive in-house training
* Must be reliable and punctual
* Have a caring, friendly disposition
* Have a valid driving licence and own dependable transport
* UK residency is essential
* Must have good working flexibility, including alternate weekends

**Benefits:**

* Earn £13.00-£14.00 per hour, plus 35p/mile mileage reimbursement
