Job Title: Home Care Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Care Assistant to join our team at Home Instead. As a Home Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and companionship to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Foster meaningful relationships with clients, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Support clients with meal preparation, household chores, and other daily tasks.
  • Assist clients with mobility and transportation, ensuring their safety and independence.
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition or concerns to the care team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in care or a related field is not required, as we offer comprehensive training.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a caring attitude are essential for this role.
  • A valid driving license and access to a reliable vehicle are necessary for this position.
  • UK residency is required, and we cannot provide working visas.
  • Flexibility, including alternate weekends, is necessary to meet the needs of our clients.
