Sales Director

At Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment, we are seeking a driven and ambitious individual to join our team as a Store Supervisor in our Norwich store.
As a Supervisor, you will work closely with a fun, experienced, and high-functioning team to create an exceptional environment for customers to shop and inspire the team to deliver brilliant customer service.
You will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in leading the team to drive sales and service within the store. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading by example and driving sales to maximise results
- Training and coaching a team of Sales Associates to achieve their full potential
- Driving company expectations and KPIs to improve current store performance
- Delivering exceptional customer service and influencing your team to do the same
We are looking for someone with retail management experience at Supervisor level, preferably with a background in Fashion or Jewellery product. If you have experience managing KPIs to improve current store performance and a bubbly, fun, and engaging personality, we would love to hear from you.
This is a fast-paced environment, so you will thrive in this setting. We are keen to speak with candidates who can adapt and work within a hands-on and customer-service-focused business where service means everything.
The successful candidate will have a passion for service and results and be able to work towards achieving them. The salary for this role is £12.73 per hour plus a monthly bonus and benefits package.
