About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the Midlands and North regions. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Redline Group Ltd team and be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.


Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell our range of electronic components.
  • Pursue new business opportunities in the Midlands and North regions, leveraging your network and industry expertise to drive growth.

Requirements



  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with experience in developing and executing sales strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of the electronic components industry, with a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

What We Offer



  • A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
