Starbucks Shift Supervisor Role

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead and motivate our team at our Starbucks store in Middlewich. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the store when the Manager is not present, ensuring smooth operations, and promoting sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and engage the team to achieve sales and profitability targets
  • Manage store operations, including inventory, customer service, and store cleanliness
  • Assist the Manager in making decisions and implementing strategies to drive business growth
  • Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive store culture

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory experience in a retail or hospitality environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
