Starbucks Shift Supervisor Job Description

Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead and motivate our team at our welcoming Starbucks Store in Middlewich.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the store when the Manager is not present, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and engage the team, promoting sales and increasing profitability while maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Assist with making beverages, maintaining store cleanliness, and serving customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Supervisory experience is desirable, but not essential.
  • Experience within hospitality / retail and a willingness to step into a managerial role is also considered.
