Role: Starbucks Shift Supervisor

Location: Middlewich

Hours: Part-Time - 16 Hours Available / Permanent

Hourly Rate: £12.25

Bonus Scheme: Quarterly Bonus Incentive

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead, inspire, and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in our welcoming Starbucks Store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the store when the Manager is not present, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and engage the team to promote sales, increase profitability, and maintain high standards of store cleanliness and customer service.
  • Collaborate with the Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer loyalty.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory experience in a retail or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
