Job Title: Plant Expert

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Plant Expert to join our team at Salop Leisure Ltd. As a key member of our horticulture team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, sharing your knowledge of plants, and contributing to the success of our plant centre.

Key Responsibilities:
* Meeting and greeting customers, offering advice on plant choice and care* Creating seasonal displays that showcase our extensive range of hardy plants* Ensuring the plant area is well-presented at all times* Operating the till and cashing up accurately* Assisting customers with purchases and loading them into their vehicles when necessary

Requirements:
* Horticultural qualification or equivalent experience (minimum 1 year)* Strong knowledge of plants and horticulture* Excellent communication and sales skills* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide high-quality customer service* Basic IT skills and ability to operate a till system* Full driving license (desirable)
