About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join Elevate Partners, a leading fintech startup in London. As a key member of the Senior Management Team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing a best-in-class finance and financial operations function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain and improve financial operation processes and controls to support the growth of the business.
  • Develop financial processes related to the new Software as a Service (SaaS) and Marketplace business.
  • Forecasting and departmental budgeting for internal use and external fundraising.
  • Liaise with and oversee outsourced finance administration teams.

Requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA Qualified with c. 5 years experience PQE.
  • Prior experience within a fintech startup/SaaS or similar organisation with ambitious growth plans.
  • Proven experience building a finance function from the ground up.
  • Ability to work directly with the Senior Management Team and external investors.
