Repair Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Repair Administrator to join our team at Austin Clark Recruitment Limited. As a Repair Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's after-sales requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the repair process from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Enter customer and product details into the computer system, maintaining accurate records and updating information as necessary.
  • Order parts for repairs, both from manufacturers and internal stock, and receive and process incoming parts.
  • Scan jobs to the correct location, ensuring seamless workflow and minimizing delays.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure repairs meet the required standards.
  • Pack and dispatch repaired products to customers, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Day-to-Day Activities:
  • Book repairs onto the system, generating estimates and acknowledgments as required.
  • Print and prepare invoices, acknowledgments, and estimates for dispatch.
  • Manage post and packing, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Conduct quality control checks on repairs, ensuring they meet the required standards.
  • Confirm and dispatch parts orders to customers, maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Excellent administrative skills, with a focus on attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Basic computer skills, with experience using computer systems and software.

  • A competitive salary of £25,000 per annum.
  • A flexible working schedule, with options for 8-4pm, 9-5pm, or 10-6pm Monday to Friday.
