Bodyshop Manager / SMART Repair Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Bodyshop Manager / SMART Repair Manager to lead our newly formed internal SMART Repair operation in Wokingham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and completing internal vehicle repairs, as well as overseeing the formation of a fleet of internal Smart Repair vans operating across our market area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reinstate the body shop facility and recruit qualified colleagues.
  • Implement the latest techniques and systems to deliver a professional service.
  • Develop and execute a business plan to drive project success.
  • Monitor and measure colleague performance to exacting standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years Bodyshop Manager / SMART Repair Manager experience.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
Benefits:
  • Basic Salary £40,000 DOE.
  • OTE £50,000.
  • Company Car.
  • Extensive Benefits Package.
Working Hours:

42 hour contract, hours to be advised.
