Festive Sales Enthusiasts Wanted: ProCook is seeking Part-Time Christmas Sales Advisors to join our team in Watford Store.
We have 2 x part-time positions (10 hours contract and 16 hours contract / per week).
Your Key Responsibilities:As a Christmas Sales Advisor, you'll bring joy to our customers by helping them find the perfect kitchen essentials for their holiday feasts. With your enthusiasm, you'll create a warm and welcoming environment, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile and the right products for their culinary adventures.
A Typical Day at Work:- Welcome customers and help them find exactly what they need.
- Provide excellent service and engage with customers to secure sales.
- Train on our products and customer service.
- Assist with maintaining store standards and help with general duties.
- Prep the store for another busy day of holiday shopping.
- Greet customers like they're guests at your own holiday party.
- Show off our kitchenware with the enthusiasm of a holiday cooking show host.
- Efficiently handle transactions, returns, and queries.
- Keep the store looking as festive and well-stocked as a Christmas display.
- Share your ideas for improvement to keep the store at its best.
- Manage stock levels.
- Help with any general store tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements

- Good at listening and understanding customer needs.
- Friendly, organised, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable using computers and POS systems.
