About the Role

We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team as a Field Based Sales Advisor. As a representative of our company, you will be responsible for selling high value capital equipment to businesses across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales of capital equipment to businesses in Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Oxfordshire
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to identify sales opportunities
  • Work closely with the internal project and technical support team to provide solutions to clients
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and achieve OTE
  • Participate in training and development to improve sales skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • 2-10 years of sales experience in a B2B environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of the capital equipment industry
The Package
  • £32,000 Basic Salary
  • Uncapped OTE of +£40k in year 1
  • Fast track management framework with base salary increase to £35k-£37k
  • Company vehicle, mobile, and laptop
Experience Required

Applicants should have 2-10 years of sales experience, ideally in the capital equipment industry. They should be outgoing, positive, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A natural rapport builder with the ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential. Experience working with stakeholders to secure sales and grow the business is also required.
