We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our client's team in Dursley, Gloucestershire. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing sales strategies that drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and executing sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Nurturing existing relationships with key clients and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Collaborating with the wider team to ensure effective communication and delivery of sales projects.
  • Managing budgets and financial performance to ensure profitability and growth.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales or business development, preferably in a science or materials sector.
  • An excellent understanding of sales principles, marketing strategies, and business planning.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • A full driving license and willingness to travel to customer sites regularly.
