Sales and Account Manager Science

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our client's team in Dursley, Gloucestershire. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing sales strategies that drive growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing and executing sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- Nurturing existing relationships with key clients and identifying new business opportunities.
- Collaborating with the wider team to ensure effective communication and delivery of sales projects.
- Managing budgets and financial performance to ensure profitability and growth.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales or business development, preferably in a science or materials sector.
- An excellent understanding of sales principles, marketing strategies, and business planning.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- A full driving license and willingness to travel to customer sites regularly.
- A competitive salary package, including a basic salary of £40-50k, plus a bonus of up to £10k and a car allowance of £400 per month.
- A generous holiday entitlement of 25 days per year, plus bank holidays.
