About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Executive to join our Digital & Technology team at Virgin Media O2 Ltd. As a CRM Executive, you will play a key role in developing and executing end-to-end campaigns and programmes of activity to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customer-centric campaigns that drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Work closely with the Insight & Analytics teams and agencies to understand customer behavior and optimize campaigns for improved performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver effective communications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM and marketing to ensure our campaigns are innovative and effective
Requirements
- Proven experience in CRM and marketing, with a strong understanding of customer behavior and marketing principles
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
