Job Title: Security Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive Security Officer to maintain a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and staff at Livingston Designer Outlet, an in-door shopping centre housing over 90 retail units, pubs, restaurants, and the Vue cinema.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly duties in line with the SIA license training courses to ensure the centre is safe and compliant in all aspects of health and safety.
  • Confidently comply with health and safety and fire prevention procedures.
  • Take an active role in emergency situations, including Fire Warden tasks.
  • Oversee external contractor management to ensure they are working safely.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Smart, well-groomed, and confident.
  • High level of customer care awareness.

Essential Qualifications:

  • SIA Door Supervisor/Security Guard license.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • SIA CCTV license.
