Job Title: Security Officer

We are seeking a proactive Security Officer to maintain a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and staff at Livingston Designer Outlet.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly duties in line with SIA license training courses to ensure the centre is safe and compliant with health and safety regulations.
  • Confidently comply with health and safety and fire prevention procedures.
  • Take an active role in emergency situations, including Fire Warden tasks.
  • Oversee external contractor management to ensure they are working safely.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Smart, well-groomed, and confident.
  • High level of customer care awareness.
Essential:
  • SIA Door Supervisor/Security Guard license.
Desirable:
  • SIA CCTV license.
