Job Title: Retail Security Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Security Officer to join our team at Kingdom Services Group. As a Retail Security Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.

About the Role

As a Retail Security Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a safe and secure environment by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel.
  • Providing a visible deterrent within the store.
  • Completing reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
  • Working as part of a team to fulfill customer requirements.
  • Dealing with any difficult situations that arise in a safe and professional manner.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Professional in approach, with a balanced sense of judgment, and a keen eye for detail.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential.
  • A valid SIA Licence or have applied for one.
  • A full five-year checkable employment history.
