This role will be responsible for all finance matters related to the company's overseas projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting, good communication skills, and experience working with large-scale international projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain compliance matrices across multiple international projects
  • Be the point of escalation for clarifications and confirmation of contract terms and conditions
  • Be the Subject Matter Expert on project documentation
  • Produce reports on non-compliances and risks
  • Monitor and track contract requirements and collate evidence-based compliance statements
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings when contract terms and compliance are being discussed
  • Identify risks to contract compliance and propose mitigation strategies
  • Produce reports on non-compliances and risks
  • Participate in project status meetings to ensure contract compliance
  • Actively undertake audits to improve the effectiveness of the contract compliance process
