Our innovative approach empowers students to thrive academically, socially, physically, and emotionally in a nurturing community. You will work closely with our dedicated office education team to ensure each student receives the support they need to succeed.

This role requires:

  • A strong background in education or youth development, with experience working with SEN or SEMH students
  • The ability to work part-time (minimum 4 days) with flexibility to meet the needs of our students
  • The legal right to work in the UK and an Enhanced DBS Certificate
