About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Nurse to join our team in the Emergency Department at Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust. As a Staff Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patient conditions, identifying and responding to changes in their condition
- Check symptoms and vital signs, arranging diagnostic tests as necessary
- Display excellent analytical ability and sound decision-making in changing clinical situations
- Work as an effective team member, promoting team and interdisciplinary relationships

- All Registered Nurse roles will be required to provide evidence of:-
- Statement of NMC Registration
- Degree/Diploma in Nursing
Experience

- A minimum of 6 months paid experience in an A&E hospital environment within the last 3 years
- Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices
